Learn how to use CronQuery to monitor custom events
Getting Started
CronQuery allows you to create AI-powered agents that monitor the web for custom events and alert you when something important happens.
Creating Your First Query
- Sign up for a free account at cronquery.com/signup
- Navigate to your dashboard
- Click "New Query" to create your first monitoring agent
- Enter your query in natural language
- Select how often you want the query to run (cadence)
- Submit and wait for your first alert!
Example Query:
"Tell me when there's a 4.0+ magnitude earthquake in Japan"
Query Cadence
Choose how frequently your query should run:
- Hourly: Premium only - Query runs every hour for frequent monitoring
- Daily: Available on all plans - Query runs once per day
- Weekly: Available on all plans - Query runs once per week
- Monthly: Available on all plans - Query runs once per month

How does CronQuery work?
CronQuery uses AI to understand your natural language queries and monitor the web for relevant events. When a matching event occurs, you'll receive an alert via your preferred notification method.
What kind of queries can I create?
You can create queries for almost any publicly available information on the web - stock prices, weather events, product launches, news articles, and more.
How often will I receive alerts?
You'll only receive alerts when your query detects a relevant change or event. This prevents notification fatigue and ensures you only hear about what matters.
Can I pause or delete queries?
Yes! You can manage all your queries from your dashboard. Pause them temporarily or delete them permanently at any time.
